Atkins phase 1 breakfast smoothie, green morning sunshine is ideal for breakfast or mid-afternoon pick me up. Packed with 26 grams of protein, 4.4 net carbs, this easy-to-make breakfast smoothie will get your day started off right.
This breakfast smoothie is ideal if you’re getting burnt out on eating the same breakfast every day, or you’re in a rush to run out the door to get to an early morning meeting at the office.
This recipe is very easy to make, and there’s minimaul clean-up involved. Sure you can whip it up in a big blender, but I enjoy using my mini blender I bought from Amazon. What’s great about this little device is, you blend all the items of your smoothie in the bottle you’re going to drink it out of.

It’s a life saver.
This recipe is pretty flexible. You can use spinach, kale, or any other leafy greens you love. Due to using the pre-measured Atkins shakes, you won’t have to add any sweetner.
If you’re not a fan of avocado, you can certianly leave it out. As a warning, the avocado will make the smoothie even thicker.
